Spirit Luminous is a small business that sells handmade feather earrings and leather holsters, made in Bali and shipped from Austin, Texas. This page explains what we collect on spirit-luminous.com, who we share it with and how you can say no. If anything here is unclear, email hello@spirit-luminous.com and a real person will answer.

Your choice, in short: you can turn off advertising measurement and site analytics at any time with Your privacy choices. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically. The shop works the same either way.

What we collect

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information for money. Under California law, sharing it with Meta for advertising counts as "sharing", and you have the right to opt out of it, which you can do with Your privacy choices.

How the cookie choice works

Visitors in the United States see a short notice, and advertising measurement and analytics are on unless you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Visitors everywhere else are asked first, and nothing is collected until they say yes. Either way, saying no removes Meta's and Clarity's cookies from your browser and stops anything further being sent.

Buying on Etsy or Faire

If you buy from us on Etsy or Faire, that platform collects your details and shares with us what we need to ship your order. Their own privacy policies apply to what happens there.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe, using the link at the bottom of any email. Meta and Microsoft keep measurement data according to their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it, for example an order record for taxes. Email hello@spirit-luminous.com and we'll reply within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
